I personally feel this place is a real let down. Been here more than once thinking the next time it will improve. It didn't.It's sad as the dim sum was very mediocre and it's a dim sum place. Except for the pork congee which was surprisingly pretty good.I had an issue with the manager picking up the covers of the dim sum bamboo basket that fell onto the floor accidentally and just putting it back onto the dim sum steamer. Sheesh.

Upon entering the venue we were ignored by the waitstaff.Once seated the staff were extremely inattentive and provided very poor customer service. This included attitude and abrasive behaviour from both waitress. Throughout the meal one of the waitress in particular would look at us and roll her eyes.One of our dishes was forgotten and left out. It arrived cold.I would not recommend venue due to the disgraceful customer service.

The worst customer service experience, I have ever experienced. The staff obviously did not want to be there. Food was just slapped on the table without even talking to us. When I asked for a fork, she rolled her eyes and threw one on the table. One girl was sitting on a table on her phone!We weren't given one of our dishes and when I enquired, was told yep

Not a bad little spot.Authentic, great selection.Staff looked overworked and the girl serving us seemed like she didn't want to be there. Drinks took longer than food to come out.3 people well fed for about $90 including a drink each, not bad.

The food is on average. The customer service is the worst! There is a chubby boy wears black glasses, the attitude is so rude! His attitude was like why you're eating here? just hurry up to order and finish and get out from here! If He isn't one of the owners, l couldn't find any reason why he's working here, for a good restaurants, the customer service is really important!

Came here before and had a wonderful experience and amazing food. However this time, the food was very oily and rather small portion sizes. Terrible service, waiters are always on their phone and I had to consistently holler to get their attention. Unfortunately, would not recommend and come here again.

Terrible experience. Food hygiene issues. The pork rib and chicken feet are sour! Off! Not acceptable!!!! I have been her so many times, this is the first time that the food were off! ROTTEN!!!!! I came here 11:00 AM 08/01/2023. We told the staff that the pork rib and the chicken feet were rotten and sour. The staff tried, and threw the dish away. (And several dishes) after a while, served me another pork rib and chicken feet, smelled off as well. Told the staff to cancel the dish. The staff asking: we swapped the dish aledy. Me: yes, but it is still off! Terrible experience.

The food was good, the place was Okay however , the customer service we received from those 2 ladies were the worst . They don't make you feel welcome, they couldn't even crack a smile . I ordered a bottle of water, they gave us a water that is warm. We ate and paid the bill and this was the only time that she gave us a million dollar smile after handing her the payment .We will never come back .

This restaurant really wowed me. The food was incredible. We had around 20 plates of different buns and dumplings throughout our stay, and I don’t have a single thing to critique when it comes to the food. A favourite of mine were the prawn and chive dumplings, as well as the pork and prawn dumplings. The vegetables were cooked to perfection, and the duck was crispy and delicious. We were on the ground floor, so we were served almost immediately and had a steady flow of food coming on to the table at all times. We were also right near kitchen, unlike upstairs. So if you get the chance to book, try and choose a table downstairs.It wasn’t too loud inside, I could talk to people across the large table quite easily. However, what I found funny was that the music playing was pop and modern, like the songs that go viral on TikTok, so it didn’t really match the look of the restaurant, but it didn’t really effect us at all.The special fried rice wasn’t amazing, but still tasted great. Also keep in mind that we didn’t have a Lazy Sue on our large table, so we had to continue to ask people to pass around the dishes, which doesn’t seem like the biggest issue, but I think it would amazing if they implemented that into their restaurant.I also brought a cake with me, and you aren’t charged a cake fee. You can ask them to put it in a fridge and bring it out later when you need, and that was fine.To the end of our dinner, I did notice some staff were rolling their eyes when I asked for some more food, but that was only a couple of people, so I wasn’t too bothered.To conclude, if you decide to go here, make sure you book to get a good table. Order a selection of things because the plates are pretty cheap. And it is a good idea to order a bunch of different things and just share with each other. And possibly have alcoholic drinks prior to dining, because their cocktails weren’t a fave.Thanks.

Unfortunately met by very rude staff, but if you're willing to oversee that, the food is good. Went for dim sum with colleagues and was very happy with everything that came to the table.
