Yum Cha House
The biggest benefit of this dim sum place is that it is close by to work, and one of the only in the area. There are usually tables available and parking is easy to find. There are a couple of dishes that are alright but truth be told there are many better dim sum restaurants out there in Perth. You would have to travel a while to find them though! So if you’re in the area and desperate for dim sum then this is a passable option.

Quite flavourless and limited options of food, to be honest. It isn't my first choice but I wouldn't mind if I'm really craving for dimsum and other places are closed. The good thing is there are plenty of parking and not so crowded.

been here a couple times with family, defs best with a big group of people so you can try lots of dishes!! everything was so delicious, the Yong tofu and all the prawn dumplings are my fave, I think this is becoming my favourite local dim sum ☺️ I would say the service can be lacking though eg when you're asking for extra bowls cutlery serviettes etc you have to go and get it yourself even though the staff say they will get it for you

Newly renovated. Very spacious. Good food. Price is reasonable. The bean curd (Dou fa) with brown sugar was the amazing food I have eaten. So simple but so good. It was a rather enjoyable dim sum session.

I love .y Yum Cha and have been to many of the restuarants around the Perth metro. Loved this place so it's the first I've reviewed. Food was simply beautiful. Perfect prane dumplings, prawn and chive, chickens feet etc etc. The service was amazing. We live in Bunbury but will be doing trips to Perth for this. I definitely rate it alongside my favourites.

As a family who has tried a lot of perth Dim sum this is now our new favourite and go to. Tried it today, kids were well looked after. Staff were friendly and engaging. Food was really good, price was better than others around. Could not fault anything. Definitely be back
